I am selling my brown leather couch, as I am going to be moving out of state in August. I love this couch and am sad to let it go, it is super comfy and is in a great shape. It is of exceptional quality and will last a long time with proper care.

Originally purchased from West Elm for $2699.

Asking $500.

Update: I have received a ton of interest at $500. That being said, I will not raise the price, I feel that it is priced well below the value of this couch and this does takes into account that there are some scuffs/scratches/blemishes/etc. — all of which I believe will looks great after applying a leather cleaner and/or conditioner. I cannot go any lower than $500 though.

This item is for pickup only in Ravenswood/Northcenter (Damen & Irving Park Rd) You will need 2 people to move it.

Update: You will have to go down 3 flights of stairs.

Condition: I kept this couch in good condition. There are a few signs of wear (scratches, scuffs, etc). I believe with a leather conditioner they will all buff out — I just never got around to doing it.

Update: in the photos there are a number of “lighting” spots coming from the blinds next to the couch. The only real noticeable spot that is not lighting is the back of the couch where it is scuffed. This can likely be buffed out.

The couch does have legs, but I removed them for easier transport (the screw on and off with a hex key.

I am excited for whoever ends up with this couch — it is a great couch!
