Listing on Roomii is free! When your item sells, you’ll keep up to 70% of the proceeds.
How do I edit my listings?
Go to My Account under the Login/Signup icon and click on it.
In the menu on the right, select My Listings. A list of all your listings will appear, allowing you to edit any of them.
How do I schedule pickup?

All payouts are done via Stripe and you will need to setup a Stripe Connect account when you sign up on our platform.
What factors should I consider when pricing my furniture?

Furniture typically loses around 20% to 40% of its value as soon as it leaves the showroom. This initial depreciation is due to it no longer being considered “new” and the fact that it’s now classified as used furniture. The exact percentage can vary based on factors like the brand, condition, demand, and style of the piece. High-quality or designer furniture may retain a higher percentage of its value, whereas standard pieces might depreciate more quickly.
After this initial drop, furniture tends to depreciate by an additional 5% to 10% each year, depending on its usage and maintenance.
How can I sell faster?
Set a competitive price by checking how similar items are listed on Roomii and adjusting your price accordingly.
Use high-quality photos! Include real pictures of your actual item rather than stock images. Showing the true condition of your piece is the best way to ensure buyer satisfaction.
