Complete four-piece genuine leather living room set in a warm medium/dark brown. Includes a full-size sofa, loveseat, oversized chair and matching ottoman.

I am the original owner and have owned this set for many years. It has always been kept in a smoke-free and pet-free home. I am selling it only because I am moving and unfortunately cannot take it with me.

This is a large, heavy and very solid furniture set. The pieces have substantial upholstered frames, wide pillow-top padded arms, deep seating, thick attached back cushions and broad lower bases. The sofa and loveseat feature divided seating and individually padded back sections with additional lumbar cushioning. The matching chair is especially roomy, essentially an oversized chair-and-a-half style, and the large ottoman matches the proportions and construction of the rest of the collection.

The upholstery is genuine brown leather throughout the primary seating surfaces. After years of use, the leather has developed the softness, creasing, color variation and character visible in the photographs. The leather remains supple rather than stiff or heavily cracked.

Structurally, these pieces have held up extremely well. The frames are solid and sturdy, with no loose joints, wobbling or sagging. The backs, arms and bases remain substantial, and the furniture is still very comfortable. This is heavy furniture that was built to last.

The set does show normal cosmetic wear from age and use, particularly on the seating surfaces. There are two specific imperfections on the sofa that I want to disclose: a small blemish on the rear side of one of the upper back/headrest cushions and a small tear at the seam where the right arm meets the body/seat area. The pieces have a coordinated traditional/contemporary design with rounded lines rather than exposed wood or decorative trim. The oversized arms and thick cushioning give the furniture a substantial appearance, while the deep seats and padded lumbar/back sections make it exceptionally comfortable for everyday use.

The ottoman is quite large and works particularly well with the oversized chair, effectively creating a chair-and-chaise arrangement when the two are placed together. It can also be used with the sofa or loveseat.

I have owned this furniture for a long time and it means a great deal to me. I would be keeping it if circumstances allowed, but I am being forced to downsize because of my move. I would much rather see the complete set go to someone who will continue to use it than simply dispose of furniture that remains solid and functional.

This is an older, well-used genuine leather set and I am representing the condition accordingly. It is not new or pristine, but it remains an extremely solid, comfortable and substantial set with many years of use left in it.
