- Avoid wrapping or covering the space or area—it helps us position your furniture seamlessly.

If you’d like additional details, message the seller directly on the listing page. It’s the best way to ask questions before purchasing.
How can I use a promo code?

At checkout, click “Have a promo code?” Enter your code exactly as it appears. Note that only one promo code can be used per order.
Can I apply a coupon after purchase?
Once a purchase is complete, pricing is set and cannot be adjusted. If your coupon is still valid, save it for a future purchase.
Does Roomii have a showroom?
We don’t offer a showroom since items remain with sellers until sold. Everything available is listed directly on our platform.

Can I cancel my purchase after buying?

A return or refund is provided only if the item is incorrect, missing, or doesn’t match the listing as outlined in our Money-Back Guarantee Policy. Purchases cannot be canceled otherwise.

How do I change my delivery date?

Please send an email to orders@roomii.co with your Order number to change your delivery date. You can reschedule up to one day before the scheduled date.
How do I reach out to a seller?
To contact a seller, go to the listing page, scroll down, and click the blue message button with the seller’s name. You can ask any questions you may have directly.
Can I pick up an item instead of choosing delivery?
We currently offer delivery only and do not support self-pickup options. Our trusted delivery partners ensure your furniture arrives safely and conveniently.
Are items inspected for bed bugs?
Our delivery team checks each item for accuracy and signs of bed bugs at pickup. Any items showing signs of bed bugs will not be delivered.
How is delivery cost calculated?
Delivery fees depend on the distance and size of the item.
