Returns and Refunds

Sales

  • All sales are final. Furniture purchased through Roomii cannot be returned or refunded.

Rentals

  • Rentals can only be returned if the furniture is damaged upon arrival.

  • Note: Damages caused by third-party delivery services are not covered by Roomii.

  • Local rental returns must be scheduled within 24 hours of delivery. Schedule here

  • Furniture pickup by Roomii may take between 1 to 3 days.

  • Refunds are issued within 24 hours after the owner receives the returned rental item.

  • Items shipped outside of Chicago do not qualify for returns.

Disputes

If you’re not satisfied with your rental, we’ll work with you to resolve your issue.

How to handle disputes:

  1. Gather evidence: Document issues with photos or videos.

  2. Contact us: Submit your dispute request within 24 hours of delivery. Submit here

  3. Stay in touch: We’ll guide you through the next steps specific to your situation.
