Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Furniture purchased through Roomii cannot be returned or refunded.
Rentals

Rentals can only be returned if the furniture is damaged upon arrival.

Note: Damages caused by third-party delivery services are not covered by Roomii.

Local rental returns must be scheduled within 24 hours of delivery. Schedule here

Furniture pickup by Roomii may take between 1 to 3 days.

Refunds are issued within 24 hours after the owner receives the returned rental item.

Items shipped outside of Chicago do not qualify for returns.
Disputes
If you’re not satisfied with your rental, we’ll work with you to resolve your issue.
